The head of the Leadership Institute's representative office at Amirkabir University of Technology emphasized that women's issues should be addressed by women themselves. He stated, "We hold a series of brainstorming sessions for female professors to address issues in this area.
According to the public relations office of Amirkabir University of Technology, Hojatoleslam Rouhollah Rajabi, in the first brainstorming session for female professors at the university, considered Hazrat Zahra (the daughter of the Islamic prophet Muhammad) as a global role model. He added, "From the beginning, one of the issues of the Islamic Revolution has been the issue of women, because the pure thought of this revolution believes that women should be freed from all historical constraints and oppressions imposed by tyranny and materialistic thoughts, so that they can grow in real aspects, which include scientific and spiritual growth.
He expressed that the Islamic Revolution has a lot to say in this regard, stating, "We want the words of the Islamic Revolution to be heard. According to the statements of the Supreme Leader, we have objections to the West regarding the issue of women, and it is the West that should defend itself because it has oppressed women and hindered their growth in society.
Hojatoleslam Rajabi pointed out, "For this reason, we wanted to invite female professors to hold brainstorming sessions.
He considered the main topic of discussion and exchange of ideas in this brainstorming session to be the subject of women at the university. He recalled, "Identifying the obstacles in the field of women, proposing solutions to these obstacles, and presenting initiatives for the progress of women in various fields are the main focuses of this discussion.
The head of the representative office of the Supreme Leader at Amirkabir University of Technology, referring to the emphasis of the Supreme Leader on the fact that women's issues should be addressed by women themselves, mentioned that issues related to advocacy, scientific work, and problem-solving are areas where educated women are pioneers.
Hojatoleslam Rajabi added, "They also announced that even in some areas of jurisprudence, educated women should extract the main opinion from scientific theories and present it to men.
He stated that these sessions will continue, saying, "Precise and candid discussions on women's and girls' issues at the university, as well as in other areas as announced by the professors, will be held.

The acting president of Amirkabir University of Technology highlighted that 50% of the admissions in some fields at the university are women. He noted, "In 1994, the issue of increasing the number of female students in the university was raised at a time when we did not even have female students in some fields or in some fields, only one or two of the entrants were female. However, when the trend of women's enrollment in the university increased, we needed to have female colleagues as faculty members to help with the increasing number of female students.
The acting president of Amirkabir University of Technology emphasized the need to utilize women in various responsibilities. He added, "During this period, the volume of constraints is so high that managers need to be present at the university until 8 or 9 pm, which naturally creates limitations for women's activities. However, in the faculty departments, these issues are less, and women can more comfortably take on managerial positions.
Regarding supplementary insurance, marriage, and the rights of the children of female university employees, Rahai stated, "This issue will be on the agenda of the university's board of trustees for review. Additionally, if any proposals are made for public welfare facilities for women, we will follow up on them.
The acting president of Amirkabir University of Technology emphasized, "We have plans for welfare facilities. In the faculty departments, we intend to consider a place for female students to rest, and sports competitions for female students are also among our programs in line with our attention to women, which we are implementing diligently.
Dr. Mehrdad Saviz, the deputy of cultural and student affairs at the university, highlighted the importance of culture and the role of dedicated and effective teaching by female professors.

In this brainstorming session, some female professors discussed their perspectives and the problems in the areas of female professors and students at the university. Additionally, in this session, Dr. Izadian, the head of the university's counseling center, discussed some of the issues, damages, and problems of the university's students with the professors.
At the end of the session, the university president presented a certificate of appreciation and a gift to the professors.
