The deputy of research and technology at Amirkabir University of Technology stated that the trend of attracting industrial contracts at this university is on the rise. He said: "This year, we have signed a cooperation contract with Foulad Mobarakeh worth 7 billion, of which 2 billion and 100 million tomans has been realized."
Dr. Mohammad Javad Ameri Shahraabi, in a ceremony honoring distinguished researchers at Amirkabir University of Technology, stated that this university has achieved great honors, which are the result of the efforts of the researchers of this university. He added: "This university has ranked first in the Leiden and Shanghai rankings, and second in the QS and Times rankings among industrial universities."
He continued: "In the field of international patent registration, Amirkabir University of Technology has achieved the first rank among the country's industrial universities with the registration of 24 international patents, while Sharif University of Technology has been placed in second position. In domestic patent registration, after Isfahan University of Technology with 67 patents, it has secured the second position with the registration of 57 patents.
Dr. Ameri, referring to the allocation of research grants, noted: "In this area, we also have a growing trend, such that the research grant has increased from 7 billion tomans in 1399 to 15 billion tomans in 1400, then to 16 billion tomans in 1401, and has now reached 20 billion tomans this year, indicating a 300% increase in research grants."
The deputy of research and technology at Amirkabir University of Technology, referring to the attraction of industrial projects, said: "We have signed a cooperation contract with Foulad Mobarakeh worth 7 billion, of which 2 billion and 100 million tomans has been realized."
He emphasized: "The attraction of research projects has had an increasing trend in just one year due to the implementation of large-scale plans, but in recent years, we have witnessed an increasing trend in industrial projects at this university."
According to him, the 25% growth in attracting industrial projects indicates a growth trend.
