Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Dr. Biniaz, while expressing appreciation for the AmirKabir University of Technology, provided valuable guidance for the establishment of the university site at the Kish International Campus and the implementation of technological projects and the formation of knowledge-based companies with the aim of addressing industry, environment, maritime economy, and employment issues on Kish Island.
